This time her feet obeyed and Jaime stepped forward to leave. Just as Emmett stepped forward, bringing his chest up hard against hers. His heat seemed to wrap around her and her hands crept over his shoulder. He leaned in, his lips brushing her cheek, singeing her. Jaime gasped at the contact, wanting more and less at the same time.
"We should try that again," he said and didn't wait for her reply. His mouth came down on hers lightly, but with purpose. Emmett buried his hands in her hair, holding her where he wanted her, but even if he didn't hold her she wouldn't move. Not ever. Not as long as his mouth was against hers.
Jaime wound her arms around his neck, playing with the long hairs at his nape, thinking how strange it was that his hair was so soft. Softer than her own. Wavy and thick. Good hair, she decided as she slanted her mouth to give him better access. Emmett adjusted his stance, bringing her body in closer contact with his. His leg wedged between hers and he teased his tongue along the seam of her mouth.
Asking her to let him in. Telling her he wanted more.
She wanted more. Wanted the taste of him on her tongue, so she opened and his tongue dove inside to tangle against hers in the dark cave of her mouth. The thrusts of his tongue licked flames of desire to life in her belly. Jaime went up on her tiptoes, wanting more. Wanting to feel his chest more firmly against hers. Wanting better access to his lips.
Wanting more, period.
"Sweet." His voice was quiet in the dark, but it was enough to bring Jaime back to earth. She pulled back slightly, resting her forehead against his chin. "You taste like the best dessert I've never had."
Goodness, what a kiss! I hope you enjoyed this look at Kristina's work. Keep reading for a look at her latest release.
