Back at the end of August I learned that my debut novel, Cooking Up Love, was being released November 4, 2013 and that it would be available in print as well as digital formats. That was exciting and scary news. My head was spinning and it wasn't a pretty sight. I was going to have to learn how to promote my novel and myself in a New York minute. The learning curve was steep, and I still have questions I'm embarrassed to ask, for fear of sounding a little ignorant.
So, I did what I do best. I made lists (I'll admit I don't even pack for a vacation without a list). And I asked questions. I talked to my editor, my publisher and other authors I know about promotion. Then I put my marketing hat on and with a lot of input from twelve other Lyrical authors, a new Facebook page was launched.
Meet Sizzle and Sass - a community venture that promises a little sizzle with our sass.
