This week, Carrie Elks challenged us to talk about our favorite Christmas Story. This is tough, because there are so many on my list. White Christmas, A Charlie Brown Christmas, The Nutcracker, A Sesame Street Christmas, Christmas Vacation, to name a few. But after really considering I came down to just one that holds my attention when I sit through again and again.

 | Love Actually. There is so much to love about this movie. Family stuff, love, loss, betrayal, adventure, even really bad Portuguese. And let's not forget Hugh Grant and Colin Firth. And Mr. Bean! Love Actually is the movie that made me fall in love with Andrew Lincoln. His unrequited love for Juliette breaks my heart. To me... he is perfect.  |
So there you have it. Love Actually trumps every other holiday movie for me. I've heard rumors that there might be a Love Actually 2 - but I sort of hope not. It might be too much tampering with perfection. You can watch the faux trailer here.
